❓ Inspired by Claire Hughes from the book, High Growth Handbook, this is a doc to help us get by quickly!

We're humans and we change! Hence, this doc is meant to be constantly improving and changing the context of who I am and how I work best with people.
It's meant to save time by directly telling you who I am without you having to learn through months (or years) of working with me. After working with me, if you have suggestions to improve this or if something feels outdated, by all means, add a comment here 🙏
As with everything in life, it's all about growth, so if this doc doesn't change over time then something is wrong!
P.S. I invite you to do the same > use this template if you like 🙂
Stay hungry! Stay foolish! Steve Jobs
Hearing this is one thing. Living by it is a whole different thing.
I picked this quote because one of human's biggest threats to growth and success is getting comfortable with our current state. You get a decent job with a decent pay, and you get comfortable. You write a book about a topic and start feeling like an expert. You innovate and feel undisturbed.
But life is never constant and the only way to be ready for the ups and downs of life is to always be HUNGRY to learn, grow and change!
Also, as we grow, we learn more about our limitations, society's boundaries, life limits, and more. These limitations and boundaries keep us on imaginary cuffs that make us less imaginative and less daring. Staying foolish unleashes your inner kid that once figured out walking, that once was imaginative and rarely said: "this is impossible".
Staying FOOLISH breaks out the kid's imagination in you to continuously challenge the status quo.
My goal as Product Leader is to help build a product, a system & a team that will allow us to blow our customer’s mind with the best product out there!
I believe that any success as a PM is merely an expected outcome if we just focus on the bold words you see above.
I'm a very passionate person. This means that what drives my motivation and my decision is not money, fame, or status! It's purely passion (aka, do I love doing this/that?). Whenever I feel that I'm not loving what I'm doing, I'll call it a quit. What's my passion, then? For me it's simple, my passion is to be of service/of value. Whenever I feel that I'm not giving more than I'm getting, I'll be less passionate.
Don't get me wrong, this doens't mean that all work should be something you love. In fact, in everything you love doing, there will always be something you hate doing. Maybe you hate talking to customers, or go to the gym but it's necessary to do what you hate to be/get what you love. Talking to customers, would make you build a delightful app and hitting the gym will make you healthy. We love the outcomes but sometimes have to go through the hardship to reach it.
